Shortlisted candidates for the position of dean of the Faculty of Human Kinetics will make online presentations over the next two weeks.

The search committee has organized the events as an opportunity for the University community to meet the candidates.

Each session will run 8:45 to 10 a.m. on Microsoft Teams:

• Monday, March 15, with Michael Kanters, interim department head and professor in the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management; North Carolina State University;
• Wednesday, March 17, with Linda Rohr, dean and associate professor in the School of Human Kinetics and Recreation, Memorial University;
• Monday, March 22, with Jess Dixon, acting dean and associate professor in the Department of Kinesiology, University of Windsor.

Candidates will engage in additional virtual public activities during the weeks of March 15 and 22, including meetings with the search committee, the president, the provost, deans and other members of senior administration, HK faculty and staff, HK management, athletics coaches and staff, and students.
