Poppy pin a prize to reward recall of WWI battles

DailyNews is offering a prize for those interested in a less transitory display of remembrance: a poppy brooch.

The family of public affairs staffer Renée Bombardier has donated two of these pins, enamelled to read “Lest We Forget” with a safety clasp to hold secure to a lapel or hat.

To win one, just send your answers to the following three questions, drawn from the streets in Windsor’s South Walkerville neighbourhood named to commemorate First World War battles fought by Canadian troops. Two winners will be selected at random from all correct responses received by 4 p.m. Wednesday, November 8.
