A talk Thursday, October 12, in the Pitt-Ferry Building will mark the beginning of a new partnership between the University of Windsor and the State School of Higher Education in Chełm, Poland.

Józef Zając, vice-rector for students’ affairs at the Polish school, will deliver a lecture with Cross-Border Institute director Bill Anderson, beginning at noon in room 110.

The signing of a memorandum of understanding will follow. The event is free and open to the public; guests may register at www.cbinstitute.ca/events.
