A disability rights lawyer will discuss a collaborative dispute resolution methods to address issues of access to technology and digital information without resort to lawsuits in a free public lecture Tuesday at Windsor Law.
Lainey Feingold is widely recognized for using structured negotiation to reach landmark accessibility agreements. Her talk, entitled “Structured Negotiation and Digital Accessibility Law and Policy in the United States,” draws on her new book, Structured Negotiation, A Winning Alternative to Lawsuits.
The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the Farmer Conference Room, Ron W. Ianni Faculty of Law Building.
