A UWindsor professor will act as master of ceremonies when the Polish-Canadian Business and Professional Association of Windsor holds its 20th annual dinner in the Dom Polski Hall on Friday, November 6.
In addition to its anniversary, the association will celebrate 15 years of the twinning agreement between Windsor and the city of Lublin, Poland. Two guests will represent Lublin: Jarosław Pakuła, vice-chair of its city council, and Michał Grabowiecki, a project manager in its Department of Strategy and Investor Assistance.
Frank Simpson of the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences will preside over presentations and an awards ceremony. The Polish song and dance ensemble, Tatry, will perform. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. Dom Polski Hall is located at 1275 Langlois Avenue.
