Organizers of a conference entitled “Trends in Forensic Sciences: CSI Windsor 2014” have issued a call for submission of abstracts for five-minute oral presentations and posters from all areas of forensic science.
The top three abstracts for oral presentations will be selected for presentation at the one-day conference, March 21 in Vanier Hall. Other selected abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings. Posters will be displayed during the lunch hour, with prizes for the top three.
The conference will bring together scholars in the field of forensic sciences and educate students on the diversity of the field. Featured speakers include Wade Knaap, a retired forensic identification specialist with the Toronto police, and assistant Crown attorney Brian Manarian.
