Nicole Phaneuf knows a bargain when she sees one.

The fourth-year student of criminology and political science was quick to grab a T-shirt from the University Bookstore’s tent sale Wednesday on the patio outside Vanier Hall.

“It’s only 10 bucks!” said Phaneuf. “What a deal!”

The sale extends to backpacks as well as T-shirts and continues today from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The store’s kiosk in the CAW Student Centre is closed today for repairs to its electrical supply.
