The Fall 2011 issue of Insight, the computer users' bulletin produced by Information Technology Services, is now available at web4.uwindsor.ca/insight/latest.

This issue provides information concerning the upgrade of the learning management system CLEW and a “heads-up” for the Storage Area Network Health Check which is scheduled to take place on June 24, 2012.

It also offers some best practices tips for users of e-mail and Office 2010 and the Blackberry Playbook and a comparison of the features offered on differing smart phone platforms – Blackberry, iPhone and Android.
