Career fairs are a great opportunity for employers to connect with students and recent alumni from the University of Windsor, and a chance for students to explore different career paths to learn about prospective employement opportunitites. Recruitment Booths & Hot-Spot Bookings
Set up a booth in the heart of one of the University of Windsor’s faculty buildings related to your industry to connect directly with students.
Representatives from schools, boards, and educational agencies are invited to connect with teacher candidates on campus on select Thursdays throughout the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 semesters face-to-face, directly in the lobby of the Leonard & Dorothy Neal Education Building. These events are an excellent opportunity to recruit teacher candidates, while all Faculty of Education students are on campus and attending classes in this building. Set up a recruitment booth on one or more of the following days:
- September 19 and 26, 2024 | 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
- October 3, 10, and 24, 2024 | 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
- November 7, 2024 | 9:30 am - 3:30 pm

Meet and recruit Engineers this Fall! Engineering Recruitment Days provide employers with the opportunity to connect face-to-face with engineering candidates on select Mondays throughout the Fall 2024 semester, directly in the atrium of the Centre for Engineering Innovation (CEI) Building at the University of Windsor. These events are an excellent opportunity to network with and recruit engineering students and future graduates. All Undergraduate students in years 1-3, as well as Master of Engineering students will be on campus attending classes on Mondays, in the fall semester. Employers looking to connect with students for future opportunities and share information about the organization, are invited to join us for these special events. Set up a recruitment booth on one or more of the following days:

Employer Information Sessions
Hosting an information session can boost your brand awareness as an employer on campus. Based on your preference, you can host information sessions either virtually or in-person at the University of Windsor campus.
Connecting with students directly through the UWindsor Career Centre allows you to target your message towards students from disciplines of interest. The Career Centre events team will:
- Reserve a space on campus based on the options available or set up the logistics of hosting a virutal meeting.
- User our mySuccess portal to reguster participants and promote your event to targeted student groups. Please note, the number of attendees cannot be guaranteed.
- Promote your information session on our events calendar, career centre website, and social media platforms, as well as to campus and faculty partners and relevant student groups.
Employer Information Session requests must be submitted a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the proposed timing of the event to allow sufficient time for coordination and promotion. Dates will be arranged based on academic schedules, faculty availability and employer availability. We recommend you contact us as early as possible to start planning your event.
Host an information session to boost brand awareness and connect directly with students, future graduates and alumni in the programs of Computer Science and Master of Applied Computing. Organization representatives are invited to connect with students studying in the discipline of computer science on 3 exclusive dates during the Fall 2024 semester. These events are an excellent opportunity to share information about your organization and recruit potential candidates. Information session presentations are an excellent opportunity for employers to share professional skill building information to students and future employees.
