Dr. Rosemary Plastow (she/her) is a licenced Clinical Psychologist. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Calgary, and she completed her graduate work at the University of Windsor.
She is a member of the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies and the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. She also has experience with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic therapy, as well as therapies for clients who have experienced trauma.
She enjoys helping people with obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety, complex trauma, attachment difficulties, using behavioural activation, and supporting trans and gender diverse students with medical, legal, and social transitions.
She has taught undergraduate and graduate Psychology courses at the University of Windsor and supervises practicum students at the Centre.
