On April 29, 2016, the University issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to vendors who had previously pre-qualified for participation in the procurement process for a campus-wide resource planning platform.
Upcoming key procurement milestones and target dates are:
- Vendor Commercially Confidential Meetings: May 10 – 27, 2016
- RFP Submission Deadline: June 17, 2016
- Vendor Demonstrations: August 15 – September 2, 2016
- Completion of RFP Evaluation Process & Identification of Preferred Vendor for Award: October 2016
A cross-functional team of University staff - representing various faculties, departments and / or system modules (i.e. SIS, FIS, CRM and IT) - are continuing to participate in the procurement process. These members of the UWindsor community will continue to be engaged as is required throughout the process and will play an active role in the selection of the final solution for the campus.
