- Applications to the University of Windsor Research Ethics Board and Sul Ross State Institutional Review Board were approved (February 2019).
- ​Researchers conducted a pilot study to establish internal validity for the interview questions (March 2019).
- Email sent to institutional contacts who previously indicated an interest in participating in the study (March 2019).
- Ten chief enrolment managers have been identified and given consent to participate in the interviews (April 2019).
- Chief enrolment manager interviews completed (September 2019).
- Poster of interim results reflecting chief enrolment manager data analysis presented at the AACRAO Strategic Enrollment Management Conference in Dallas, Texas (November 2019).
- Faculty member interviews completed (March 2020).
