UWindsor Care Alert Report
Is a secure online form designed to support you in helping students who exhibit behaviours of concern to get the help they need. Select to submit a Care Alert. You can also provide a Care Alert by contacting a member of the Assessment and Care Team via email at ACT@uwindsor.ca. A member of the Assessment and Care Team will follow up to provide supports within 24-48 business hours. Please note they cannot provide immediate crisis response.
