Irish on the Federal Courts of Canada

Professor Maureen Irish presented at a meeting of authors for a project on international trade tribunals held in Geneva on October 17-18, 2014. The project is part of a study on The Legitimacy of the International Judiciary organized by PLURIcourts, Department of Public and International Law, University of Oslo, Norway. The chapter by Professor Irish is on the Federal Courts of Canada.
