The Class Action Clinic's Staff Lawyer, Andrew Eckart, and client, Matthew Tuck, are quoted in a London Free Press report about the recent approval of a class action settlement involving CPRI, a residential care facility in London, Ontario where children and youth were abused.
Mr. Tuck objected to the settlement on the grounds that it was inadequate and unjust.
