Community Legal Aid (CLA) and Legal Assistance of Windsor (LAW) executive director Marion Overholt was interviewed by CBC News and the Windsor Star after Windsor City Council voted against a rental licensing system. The city will hire three new inspectors to provide education instead.
CLA and LAW are advocates for renters and called on city council to intervene due to the conditions tenants are living in have reached a crisis point.
