Professor John Cerone was interviewed on Fox 25 WFXT television regarding the European Court of Human Rights judgment rendered last week in relation to the Russian response to the Beslan terrorist attack. The Court found that Russia was responsible for a number of violations of the European Convention. Russia rejected the judgment and said that it would appeal.
