Winkler Moot Team
Congratulations to Windsor Law students Kathleen Tate and David Johnston (Plaintiffs), and Katelyn Scorer and Julienne Cawthorne-Hwang (Defendants) who made it a mooting hat trick for Windsor when they took the cup at this weekend's Winkler Class Actions Moot - the third Cup won by Windsor in two weeks.
In addition to winning the top team award and the Cup, both teams won best factum awards and Katelyn Scorer was runner up for best oralist. On their way to first place overall, Windsor Law won against the University of Toronto, Osgoode, Ottawa and McGill.
