In an opinion piece in today's Windsor Star, Professor David Tanovich outlines his concerns with the Windsor Police practice of turning to blooding for DNA samples in their search for a killer.
Tanovich questions whether the end justifies the means and concludes that "until blooding is authorized by an amendment to the Criminal Code or court order, the practice should end." He goes on to recommend that citizens speak to a criminal lawyer before deciding what to do.
