The sign in and sign out tables are located in the lobby of the Toldo Lancer Centre (2555 College Ave). Children may be dropped off between 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM and picked up between 4:00 PM- 5:00 PM. Photo identification will be required during pick up.
Complimentary parking is available from 8:00 – 9:15 am and 3:45 – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, in the Toldo Lancer Centre lot only. A parking pass will be emailed a week before camp and must be displayed in your front window. Outside these times, parking costs $0.50 per 15 minutes at the lot meters. Please fill out the Medical Information section on the Lancer Summer Camp waiver before the first day of camp. All prescription medications, including asthma inhalers and Epi-Pens, must be turned into the camp supervisor during morning sign-in.
Yes, campers have the option to swim daily. Those interested must complete a swimming test. Life jackets will be provided if needed. Please pack a swimsuit and towel for your child.
Refunds are available up to two weeks before the start of each program. If notice is given less than two weeks before the start, a $50.00 administrative fee will apply. No refunds are available once camp has started, and there are no discounts for days not attended.
All our counselors are university students and athletes who undergo extensive training before summer camps begin. They are certified in CPR-C, Standard First Aid, and HIGH-FIVE: Principles of Healthy Childhood Development. Additionally, all counselors must pass a Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
The P2P Recreation Discount is available for eligible families for Lancer Summer Camp and Swimming Lesson programs.

Children up to 17 years old, whose parents qualify for Pathway to Potential, can receive a special rate of 10% of the program fee for one program per child per session, subject to available funding.
