The sign in and sign out tables are located in the lobby of the Toldo Lancer Centre (2555 College Ave). Children may be dropped off between 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM and picked up between 4:00 PM- 5:00 PM. Photo identification will be required during pick up.
Complimentary parking is available from 8:00 – 9:00 am and 4:00 – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, in the Toldo Lancer Centre lot only. A parking pass will be emailed a week before camp and must be displayed in your front window. Outside these times, parking costs $0.50 per 15 minutes at the lot meters. Please fill out the Medical Information prompt upon completing the Lancer Summer Camp registration. All prescription medications, including asthma inhalers and Epi-Pens, must be turned into the camp supervisor during morning sign-in on the first day of camp.
Yes, campers have the option to swim daily. Those interested must complete a swimming test. Life jackets will be provided if needed. Please pack a swimsuit and towel for your child.
-A non-refundable $15 administrative fee applies per registration at the time of enrollment.
-As of May 1st, cancellations will be subject to an additional $10 fee, increasing the total administrative fee to $25.
-Cancellations made within two weeks of the camper’s program start date will incur a $50 non-refundable fee.
-Once camp begins, refunds are not guaranteed but may be prorated or transferred to another camp at the camp coordinator’s discretion.
-No discounts will be provided for missed days.
All our counselors are university students and athletes who undergo extensive training before summer camps begin. They are certified in CPR-C, Standard First Aid, and HIGH-FIVE: Principles of Healthy Childhood Development. Additionally, all counselors must pass a Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
The P2P Recreation Discount is available for eligible families for some Genral Interest Camps, Swimming Lesson programs and Child/Youth Memberships.

Children up to 17 years old, whose parents qualify for Pathway to Potential, can receive a special rate of 10% of the program fee for one program per family per year, subject to available funding.
