Participants are welcome to bring their little ones, work on swimming skills, water-walk, or simply relax and stretch in the pool. This is a more moderate environment compared to recreational swim. Activities take place in both the shallow and deep ends of the pool. Those wishing to use the deep end must successfully complete a swim test. Swim for Life modules (3 levels)

Through structured in-water interaction between parent and child, we stress the importance of play in developing water positive attitudes and skills. Because activities and progressions are based on child development, parents register in the level appropriate for their child's age: 4–12 months, 12–24 months, or 2–3 years.
