Alumni Stadium

The University of Windsor Alumni Stadium, opened in 2005, is not only home to our varsity and intramural teams but also the premier outdoor stadium facility in the Windsor-Essex County region.

Recognized as an outstanding multi-purpose facility, the stadium has played host to the 2005 Pan American Junior Games and the 2008 Canadian Olympic Trials for Track and Field. The facility features an artificial turf field by Field Turf, a world leader in artificial turf installations. The stadium's turf field is the only artificial field in the Windsor-Essex region that is approved for international sporting competitions with a FIFA-approved rating.

The Alumni Stadium is available to rent for a variety of sport and recreation purposes.
