On Sept. 28, 2024, at 9 a.m., the University of Windsor Women’s Basketball team will be hosting its third annual Alumni and Friends Golf Fundraiser at Ambassador Golf Club.
This is the only fundraising event of the Women’s Basketball team, and our fundraising need is extensive. We really appreciate your sponsorship.
Our needs to operate the team totals $95,000 as follows:
- Direct scholarship funds to our athletes ($15,000)
- Food for the players on the road during league games ($10,000)
- Recruiting budget ($10,000)
- Exhibition series in Kingston and Montreal ($45,000)
- Subsidize a government grant for a full-time female assistant coach ($15,000).
