Faculty & Staff Engagement

As we move into the 2024-25 academic year, we will develop the next cascading plan under Aspire: Together for Tomorrow, explicitly focusing on Internationalization and Global Engagement. This strategy is a cornerstone of the University of Windsor's strategic plan, and its successful implementation is essential to embedding internationalization into all aspects of the university’s mission and operations.

In alignment with John Hudzik’s (2011) model for Comprehensive Internationalization, this initiative will enhance the University of Windsor’s global engagement, elevate our academic and research profiles, enrich the student experience, and foster a more inclusive and globally minded campus community.

The input from the University of Windsor’s faculty and staff members will be crucial to this strategy’s success. Your expertise will help ensure that the plan aligns with our institutional priorities and strengthens the university’s role in the global academic landscape.
