Dr. Daniel Heath was conferred the title of Distinguished University Professor during this fall's convocation ceremonies

Congratulations to Dr. Daniel Heath, Professor of Integrative Biology and researcher at the Great Lakes Institute for Environmental Research (GLIER) who was conferred the title of Distinguished University Professor at last week's Fall Convocation Ceremonies.  Dr. Heath is a past Executive Director of GLIER, the lead investigator of the Genomic Network for Fish Identification, Stress, and Health (GEN-FISH), and leads his research lab where he works collaboartively with researchers from many departments at U. Windsor and other institutions.  He has been a mentor for many graduate and undergraduate students over the years.  A title well earned!
