The Graduate Recruitment and Conversion Committee (GRCC) brings together a broad selection of core constituents who are involved in the recruitment and retention of graduate students at the University. The mandate of the committee is to foster exchange of information, collaboration and coordination, and sharing of effective practice and evaluation techniques around graduate recruitment and conversion.
The GRCC will support the University’s Strategic Enrolment Management Plan and institutional mission by collaborating to develop, execute, monitor and evaluate plans, programs, services and/or strategic goals pertaining to graduate student recruitment and retention, where appropriate, while ensuring alignment to the University’s mission, strategic plan, and academic priorities.
The committee makes high-level policy recommendations to SEMX on matters pertaining to student recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and other issues related to recruiting and enroling the desired student body at UWindsor.
