Ehsan worked on Three-Dimensional Human Tracking using a Time-of-Flight depth sensor. The focus of this research was on real-time 3D detection and tracking of multiple human objects in cluttered environments based on a state of the art range segmentation algorithm. The applications of this research include, but not limited to, automotive and traffic safety, driver assistance, pedestrian tracking, human computer interaction, gesture recognition, security and video surveillance, etc.
