Requirement and guidance for submitting abstract for the presentation
1. Proposal Submission
Submissions for the 2025 GERC are now open. Proposals are due on Friday, December 6, 2024.
We welcome proposals from all graduate students across the University of Windsor campus who have a research interest in the field of education and submissions that can fit into our conference theme of Shaping the Future of Education: Trends and Transformations. Please use the following template to submit your proposal with the submission tool below. A 300 word abstract, as well as a session outline will need to be included.

2. Revise Papers
Once we’ve returned your submission, it is time to revise your presentation. The peer review process will include feedback and, possibly, specific suggestions for each submission. Carefully review the notes given and prepare your presentation accordingly.
Please note you may be asked to take reviewers’ feedback into account, and to revise and resubmit your proposal before a final decision is made.
3. Create Presentation
It is time to create your presentation! Get creative and have fun.
Please keep in mind that if your proposal is selected you will be required to:
- Submit a 50 words abstract to be included in the program.
- Register for the conference.

All paper submissions will be blind peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. English is the official language of the conference. Submit your proposal.
