The Faculty of Education wishes to express our gratitude to the extraordinary teachers across this province who continue to work tirelessly to ensure that students have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
We particularly wish to thank those teachers who volunteered to take on the additional responsibility of mentoring our B.Ed. teacher candidates as Associate Teachers. Our gratitude extends to school board representatives, school principals, and staff across the Windsor-Essex region and throughout the province. All of these educators went to great lengths to enable teacher candidates from our Bachelor of Education program to engage in the practicum experience that is required for them to complete their degree and to receive certification with the Ontario College of Teachers.
