A registered nurse, biologist, and committed Roman Catholic, the sex expert will lead a discussion on relationships entitled “The Imperfect Art of Dating,” at 6 p.m. Thursday, February 7, in Assumption University’s Freed-Orman Centre.
She promises a thought-provoking evening on an aspect of young adulthood which can be both exhilarating and extremely frustrating.
Students active with campus ministry celebrated Random Acts of Kindness last week, sharing cookies and lollipops with schoolmates deep in mid-term exams, and even contributing change for parking meters.

Diners will be the judges during an Iron Chef-style cooking competition at Assumption University on Monday, February 6.
Three teams will compete to use a secret ingredient in the tastiest and most creative dishes during Campus Ministry’s Monday dinner. For just $2, student diners can try all three meals and pick their favourites.

A commitment to helping the community and practicing their faith in a meaningful way gave a group of UWindsor students the impetus to devote two months this past summer to living and working as a group.
The Empower project, an initiative of Assumption University Campus Ministry, saw eight young people living rent and expense-free in a home paid for by Assumption University from mid-May to mid-July, in exchange for service to local community agencies and a willingness to develop a long-term strategy for community service in the west end of Windsor.
