Discussion to centre on access to justice for members of LGBT+ communities

Law professor David Tanovich will moderate a discussion Wednesday, November 25, entitled “LGBT+ and Access to Justice.”

Featured speakers are former Windsor Law instructor Fathima Cader, a staff lawyer at the HIV and AIDS Legal Clinic Ontario, and Nicole Nussbaum, a London-based lawyer and advocate with experience in employment, human rights and family law.

The event, organized by the Transnational Law and Justice Network as part of its “Borders, Boundaries and Intersections Speakers’ Series,” will run noon to 2 p.m. in the Moot Court. To confirm attendance, e-mail Cristina Corio at ccorio@uwindsor.ca by Monday, November 23.
