The CAW Student Centre is hosting a “chill zone” today — Monday, April 15 — to take advantage of the spring weather and promote wellness during final exams.
The zone in the Student Courtyard will feature sports games, inflatables, a mini-golf space from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and a snack break at noon.
“It’s supposed to be a beauty day and 20° C,” says Sandra Riccio-Muglia, director of the centre’s programming.
She notes the activity is one of several the centre has offered, including a breakfast April 9, and a giveaway of exam kits with office supplies and snacks.
“We also plan to have a snack break this week to ensure students are nourished during the stressful times and a refresh on exam supplies,” Riccio-Muglia says. “We’re constantly offering something for our students during this stressful time.”
