The 2024 Education Career Fair promises to be the largest yet.
Representatives from 30 schools, school boards, and education agencies will give students from the Faculty of Education the chance to connect with employers to learn about full-time, part-time, and occasional teaching opportunities both in Canada and abroad from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, in the Alumni Auditorium, CAW Student Centre.
“Whether students are interested in working for one of our great local boards or want to explore a new community with schools throughout the province, or even agencies overseas, this fair is a one-stop-shop.” says Krista Kelly, manager of career development and experiential learning.
“We encourage graduating students actively seeking full-time work experience, as well as first-year students seeking occasional opportunities while still in school, to attend and explore the myriad of options available.”
The fair is hosted by Career Development and Experiential Learning, in partnership with the Faculty of Education. Admission is free to students.
