A move from the maintenance building to Erie Hall will provide a more centralized location for Distribution Services, improving convenience for clients.

The new location to drop off and pick up mail and parcels is room G106, Erie Hall.

The move will necessitate a shutdown Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 15 and 16, disrupting inbound and outbound services:

• Interoffice departmental mail
• Student parcel pickup
• Canada Post mail
• Intra-University Transit System (IUTS)
• Smaller third-party courier parcels (those not handled by shipping and receiving)

John Marcarian, supervisor of operations administration, asks that patrons hold any mail until his team is able to process them on Friday, Nov. 17.

“We apologize for this slight delay, and any inconvenience this may cause you,” he says. “We appreciate your patience while we move our operations.”
