Three UWindsor biology professors who have received Seeds4Hope grants from the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation will discuss the impact of this funding in a free public seminar on Thursday, September 29.

The event requires no specialized background and will feature researchers John Hudson, Lisa Porter and Andrew Swan:

• updating supporting donors and the community on the progress of past and current Seeds4Hope
  research projects,
• outlining additional grants received as a result of Seeds4Hope project funding, and
• highlighting how Seeds4Hope projects have initiated and fostered networks of scientists and health care professionals.

It takes place at 6 p.m. at the Ambassador Golf Club, 1025 Sprucewood Avenue. Space is limited, so organizers encourage early registration at windsorcancerfoundation.org.
