Drama professor William Pinnell will discuss his new play, Chameleon, to open a new series of luncheon lectures presented by Uni-Com in cooperation with University Players.
The Let’s Talk Theatre series will include a lunch in Assumption University’s Freed-Orman Centre prior to Sunday matinees of University Players productions. The first event, set for Sunday, October 23, will feature the mystery Chameleon, written, directed and designed by Pinnell. The play will run October 20 to 23 and 26 to 30 in the Essex Hall Theatre.
The lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m., prior to the 2 p.m. matinee. Free parking for both the lunch and the show is available at the Freed-Orman Centre. The price is $25 for the lunch and lecture. Theatre tickets may be purchased separately at a reduced rate of $14; subscribers may exchange their tickets free of charge.
