UWindsor geology professor Frank Simpson will act as master of ceremonies for the 19th Annual Polish-Canadian Business Dinner on Friday, November 7, at the Dom Polski Hall.

In addition to an address by Poland’s ambassador to Canada, the evening will feature a screening of short films on Poland and activities of the Polish community in Canada, as well as a performance by the Polish song and dance ensemble, Tatry.

“For nearly two decades, the dinner has been an important event for members of the Polish community of Windsor and their friends,” says Dr. Simpson. “Its appeal is wide-ranging and brings together several generations, from the veterans of the Second World War to the youth of Polonia.”
