The campus community has its own celebration of the University’s 50th anniversary, with an outdoor party Wednesday featuring free treats.

Fall Festival—running noon to 1:30 p.m. November 20 in the Student Courtyard—promises vegetarian chili, apple fritters and cinnamon twists, roasted chestnuts, bushels of local apples, bottled water, live entertainment and some great giveaways.

To stay warm on the outside as well as the inside, celebrants will even be able to make use of portable heaters.

The entire cost of the event is covered by sponsors of the University’s golden anniversary celebrations.
