People who require gluten-free foods will find more choices in the CAW Student Centre’s Marketplace starting today.

The food outlet has added several gluten-free options, including:

• Lasagnas, with a vegetarian option as well;
• Pizza either by the slice or whole personalized pie made to order;
• Grab-and-go sandwiches;
• Pasta dishes made to order.

In addition, the outlet has plans to add gluten-free arancine, Italian rice fritters, says assistant manager Paolo Vasapolli.

“We are happy to ensure a variety for our patrons who need gluten-free—or just want it,” he says.
