Students sought as University emissaries

The Office of Enrolment Management – Recruitment is seeking help from staff and faculty to identify Windsor Proud students to join its new team of Student Recruitment Ambassadors.

The paid, part-time positions will build relationships with prospective students, sharing their pride and enthusiasm for all aspects of the UWindsor academic and student-life experience.

“Our hope is to have a core group of seven students, representing a rich array of UWindsor academic and student-life experiences,” says Beth Natale, director of student recruitment.

The group will represent the University in recruitment activities including the Ontario Universities’ Fair, open houses, phone campaigns, campus visit programs, Skype and chat engagements, and creating content for social media channels.

Natale invites employees to encourage appropriate candidates to consider applying.

“To get the word out about this exciting new student employment opportunity, we need the help of our faculty and staff partners to link us to potential candidates — to those students that they feel bring the UWindsor brand to life in a compelling, engaging, and passionate way,” she says.

Students may apply through MySuccess  where they will find the posting under Job Reference #59789.
