Dr. Khamaiel Al Tamimi

Khamaiel Al Tamimi

Khamaiel Al Tamimi is an independent scholar living in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She holds a PhD in Philosophy from York University, Toronto. She is also a member of the Research Ethics Board at Windsor Regional Hospital. Her areas of expertise include Argumentation Theory, Feminism, Social Epistemology, and Ethics. In her dissertation, she developed a narrative account of argumentation. Currently, she is focused on exploring the ethical and virtue-based aspects of argumentation, as well as developing an account of argument responsibility. She has participated in and presented at several international conferences, and her work has been published in reputable peer-reviewed journals, including the journal Argumentation.
