Nazha Gali is currently an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Odette School of Business, University of Windsor and a Research Faculty at the Institute for Research on Innovation & Science (IRIS), University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She completed her PhD in 2018 in Management, Entrepreneurship from Durham University Business School, UK and was awarded the Outstanding Thesis Award. She has works in diverse research projects in entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, leadership, gender, and team science. She is an expert in mixed research methods and econometric and secondary data analysis. She has published in peer-reviewed academic journals and presented her work at international and national conferences. She has taught several undergraduate and graduate courses including Introduction to Business, Introduction to Management, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior and holds a Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice. Several undergraduate students supervised by Dr. Gali have won research awards at national and international conferences. She is a peer reviewer for several leading management and interdisciplinary journals. She is an Associate Member of the Academy of Management and a Member of the Impact Scholar Community.
