Dr. Yanhong Li joins us from the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, as an Assistant Professor in the Odette School of Business. Her research interests are grounded in a desire to contribute to a better world and are centered around positive organizational scholarship, particularly the three interconnected areas: courage in the workplace, employee well-being, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
