Calling all undergraduate academic programs! Want to have your program orientation promoted on our Welcome Week website? Please complete the details in the form above. *If your program is in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, please note that individual programs do not need to fill out the program orientation form this year as it will be shifting to a FAHSS FIRST model rather than individual sessions.*
The Student Success & Leadership Centre has already booked a block of rooms for Wednesday, September 4, 2024 through the registrar's office. We will be assigning rooms based on preference and anticipated attendance. Make sure to include all details as you would like them to be displayed on our website.
Please note: All program orientations must be finished by 2pm in order to allow students time to get to our Welcoming Celebration at 3pm at the Toldo Lancer Centre. We encourage faculties and programs to bring their students as a group following orientation!
