A healthy workplace is defined by the Canadian Healthy Workplace Council as “a place where individuals and the organization thrive and take responsibility for improving their own health as well as creating a healthy workplace environment”.
A Wellness Wheel is a tool that highlights various dimensions of wellness that are interconnected and when combined can lead to a more balanced and meaningful life. It has been adopted by the Workplace Wellness Committee to guide wellness programming and planning.
