Are you looking to get your UwinCARD? Follow these steps:
1. Check your email for a link asking you to upload your photo and supporting documentation - follow the directions and upload your photo.
2. Once you have uploaded your photo, wait for a confirmation email with a date to come to the office and pick up your card. Please do not come before this date. Your card will not be ready yet.
3. If you need a replacement card, are a new faculty/staff member, or have difficulty uploading your photo online through your email link, please book an appointment or visit us for walk-in service.
4. We will do our best to accommodate any walk-in service request. You are encouraged to book an appointment to ensure our support. If you have any questions, please email uwincard@uwindsor.ca.
New UwinCARD photo submission process for new students!
We have launched a new photo submission process. Watch for your invitation email with a link asking you to upload a photo and supporting documentation (passport or Canadian driver's license). Once your photo has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the date it will be ready for pick up.
Follow this process to SKIP THE LINE in January! Bring your photo approval email and goverment identification. No appointment needed.
UwinCARD Services move to GET Mobile app
GET Mobile is an online and mobile app affiliated with the University of Windsor for your convenience in managing your UwinCARD. It allows you to view meal plan balances and transaction history, add and manage funds, order food on campus (via the Everyday App) and authorize you to mark your card as lost.
