Wen-Do Women's Self-Defence 2-Day Basic Course is a 2-day basic self-defence course for women and girls (trans and cisgender) ages 10 and up.  The basic course includes a wide variety of physical and verbal self-defence techniques, awareness and avoidance of threatening situations, and discussions of sexual violence, relationship violence, harassment, and more.  This is accessible self-defence - we invite participants to look at how our bodies work right now - without changing a thing.
