Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Alumni Association at the Spring 2024 Convocation ceremonies, June 4-7. Please complete the application form to be considered for a volunteer role. Due to the limited number of positions, we cannot guarantee volunteer shifts.
Volunteer Shifts:
Volunteer shifts are available for the following times of each convocation session. Two volunteers are needed for each shift. All shifts are located in the St. Denis Centre Fieldhouse.

Volunteer Roles:
Volunteers will be engaging with graduates and guests in the following roles:
Graduand Engagement Volunteer
Volunteers will be roaming the graduand queuing and guest areas to encourage social media engagement with the use of sign and social media cards. Volunteers will also encourage Diploma Frame sales and connecting with the Alumni Association post-graduation.
Diploma Frame Booth Volunteer
Following each session, volunteers will be supporting Alumni Relations staff at the Diploma Frame sales booth located in the St. Denis Centre.
